AnyGo charges a small fee only when we find a cheaper Agoda price for your hotel. We stand behind that value with a simple guarantee.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your AnyGo result for any reason, you can request a full refund of the AnyGo fee. No explanation needed.

To request a refund, email hello@getanygo.com within 7 days of payment. We'll process it promptly.

What the refund covers

The refund applies to the AnyGo fee only. It does not cover the hotel booking itself — your reservation is made directly with Agoda and is subject to Agoda's own cancellation policy.

Fair use

Our guarantee exists to protect genuine users. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we identify patterns consistent with systematic abuse — for example, repeated claims across multiple accounts or purchases. We review these cases individually and fairly.
